A Stella Maris graduate with a Master's in Supply Chain Management from XLRI Jamshedpur — consistently top of her class — she brings an unusual and powerful combination of analytical rigour and creative brilliance to every campaign and proposal. Adhithi leads the ideation, crafts every proposal personally, and has a passion for diving deep into data, numbers, and performance metrics to shape strategies that truly deliver. Equally at home with technology and creative vision, she is the rare kind of leader who can read a spreadsheet and paint a vision in the same breath. With nearly 5 years at the helm of Lou Theory, she has shaped the agency into a force across event management, advertising, film production, and brand strategy. A working actor with 40+ TVCs, web series, and short films to her credit, she understands storytelling from every angle — in front of the camera and behind it.
